WATERSIDE- Mary MacDonald Preserve

The only black stone beach in Michigan I've found. This alone makes this a special place to me. The only time I've seen this color of beach is in Hawaii but we have something like it here in Michigan! I love the elegance on this photo and ghosting of the waves meeting the rocks.

Archival Matting Our acid free and lignin free mat boards are made from virgin-alpha cellulose. We use only Crescent Alpha mat rag museum board, which was designed for the Metropolitan Museum of Art almost a century ago, yet it remains the leading choice of museums and library today. All our artwork comes hinge-mounted, a more archival process than other alternatives such as dry-mounting. Limited editions are matted with double 4-ply mats. Open edition prints are 8x10 in an 11x14 single 6-ply mat.
